The Office of the Registrar is located in Rowley Hall and is open Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

- Current Students & Former Students: Electronic transcripts and hard-copy mail transcripts are available through the Parchment Storefront. Prices vary based on the delivery method selected and are listed in Parchment. As we recently transitioned to a new student system, all transcripts must be reviewed prior to their first release out of the new system. Due to this transition, processing time for transcripts is increased. If your order is time sensitive or you have a deadline for your transcript, please contact us so we can ensure that your order is processed by your deadline. Please notify us of your timeline/deadline by emailing or calling 703-284-1520.
- Background Investigators – As we recently transitioned to a new student system, all transcripts must be reviewed prior to their first release out of the new system. Investigators may come to campus for an educational record, but this is currently by appointment only to allow time for the record to be reviewed. Requests may also be ordered through the Parchment Storefront. To make an appointment, please email . Background investigators requiring additional information regarding disciplinary information, student accounts information, and/or HR information must also make contact with the Student Conduct Office (), the Student Accounts Office () and/or Human Resources ().
