Graduate Student Housing

Marymount University offers graduate and doctoral students a selection of fully-furnished studios and one and two-bedroom apartments in a luxury high-rise at Ballston Campus Apartments.  Each unit has a modernized full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and full-sized washers and dryers. All utilities are included in the monthly rate, including Roku TV, and high-speed WiFi. Housing charges are billed and paid through MU student accounts, which provides the ability to have financial aid to cover your housing costs. 

Priority for housing at Ballston Campus Apartments is given to graduate students as housing is limited and there is often a waitlist. If space becomes available, graduate students are moved off the waiting list and assigned a room and roommate.

To complete the Housing Application:

• Once your application is submitted, a $500 deposit is required to secure your space (payable via check made out to Placemakr Marymount Ballston). Please drop off your check in person or mail a check or money order to the following address:

  Please indicate your first and last name on the check memo line. If payment is not received within 7 business days of your submission, your application will be automatically canceled. The deposit will be refundable upon successful completion of the term outlined in the University Rental Agreement (subject to a review of the unit condition at checkout). In the event of application cancelations or early termination of a University Rental Agreement, the $500 deposit will be forfeited and is not transferable or refundable.

Leases will be available on both an academic year and an annual basis.
