Each apartment comes fully furnished and has stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, free WiFi, and all utilities included in your monthly rate.

Who is eligible to live at Ballston Campus Apartments?
- Marymount University graduate students
- Marymount University (graduate and undergraduate) students who are married may apply to live with their spouse
- Marymount University (graduate and undergraduate) students who are parents may apply to have their dependent child(ren) live with them in a private apartment
- Marymount University senior undergraduate students may apply (approval is contingent upon availability with priority extended to graduate students)
Freshman, Sophomore, and Junior undergraduate students are required to live on Main Campus per Marymount’s Four-Year Residency Requirement Housing Policy and will not be permitted to live at Ballston Campus Apartments.
