Dr. Jennifer Bigelow

Dr. Jennifer Bigelow has been in the educational profession for over 25 years. She has served as a Catholic school principal in Tampa, FL and Raleigh, NC. She has also served as Superintendent of Catholic Schools for the Diocese of Arlington and as Associate Superintendent of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Richmond. 

 

Dr. Bigelow has a B.A. in History from the University of Florida, a B.S. in Secondary Education, a M.A. in History, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of South Florida, and an

Ed.D. degree from North Carolina State University in Educational Leadership. Dr. Bigelow is also a certified Resilient Leadership Coach and Trainer and has coached professionals in education and the government.

Ms. Penry is a mitigation specialist & licensed private investigator with comprehensive experience in both legal mitigation services and criminal defense investigation, assisting public sector counsel & private defense law firms in complex state & federal court cases (i.e. capital, non-capital, civil, white collar crime, & post-conviction cases) by investigating, gathering, and preparing mitigating evidence, factual evidence, sentencing memorandums, and alternative sentencing plans. She is also a graduate of the Forensic Psychology M.A. program at Marymount.
