Billing/Payment

All tuition and fees must be paid prior to the start of classes to maintain your registration.  Students who have not cleared their account in full or on an up to date payment plan by the start of classes, may have their registration canceled.

Online Billing

• Students can access their statements and pay their tuition through our online billing site. Simply log into your Workday Student Portal and click you Student Financials Hub to view your bill and make payments.
• Paper bills will not be mailed.

Bernie’s Books for Less

Marymount University has partnered with Barnes & Noble College to implement the company’s BNC First Day® Complete program with the unique institutional brand name ‘Bernie’s Books for Less,’ a course material delivery model that will drive student success by ensuring all students are prepared to begin learning on the first day of class.

Before the start of the semester, students will receive an email from the University Bookstore prompting them to select their preferred delivery method. The Bookstore will prepare the materials for each student and notify them when the materials have shipped or are available for in-store pickup. Digital materials will be delivered directly through Canvas, the learning management system for Marymount students.

The Office of the Student Accounts is open for in-person services both walk-in and appointment.

The Student Accounts Office facilitates the payment for your tuition, fees, housing, and other miscellaneous items (e.g. parking permits). The office also provides information about tuition payment plans and a variety of payment methods.
