New Spring 2022:
Bernie’s Books for Less
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
As we have shifted to a remote start for the first two weeks of the semester, we would like to remind you that it is not too late to change how you wish to have your books delivered. If you already selected the option to pick them up on campus and would like to have them shipped to your house, please email bksumarymount@bncollege.
If you are living on campus, you will still be able to pick up your books at the Lodge. You will be offered scheduled times to pick up your books in order to minimize lines. If you have any questions regarding your book order, contact your bookstore team at 703-284-1614 or by email at bksumarymount@bncollege.com
If you opted out of the program, it is not too late to re-enroll in Bernie’s Books for Less. If you wish to take advantage of this convenient way to get your spring books, please email Student Accounts at saccount@marymount.edu to opt back into the program.
Marymount University has partnered with Barnes & Noble College to implement the company’s BNC First Day® Complete program with the unique institutional brand name ‘Bernie’s Books for Less,’ a course material delivery model that will drive student success by ensuring all students are prepared to begin learning on the first day of class.
Marymount is currently implementing Bernie’s Books for Less for a Spring 2022 semester rollout. Before the start of the semester, students will receive an email from the University Bookstore prompting them to select their preferred delivery method. The Bookstore will prepare the materials for each student and notify them when the materials have shipped or are available for in-store pickup. Digital materials will be delivered directly through Canvas, the learning management system for Marymount students.
For more information about Bernie’s Books for Less and how to opt out of the program, please check out Bernie’s Books for Less FAQ page.
