Lee Ostapenko Hall

Ostapenko Hall is designed to provide residents with a luxurious and comfortable living experience. Reminiscent of a hotel, this six-story structure offers convenient accessibility through elevators and internal staircases. The building also features a parking garage for residents’ convenience.

Within Ostapenko Hall, there are two distinct suite-style configurations available, accommodating four or five students who share a suite. Each suite is equipped with two full baths, a well-appointed kitchen, and a spacious living room area. These amenities promote a homely atmosphere and foster both academic and social interactions among residents.

To further enhance the residents’ experience, fully furnished lounges are available on each floor, creating ideal spaces for relaxation and study. Additionally, residents can conveniently access laundry room facilities on every floor, along with indoor garbage disposal rooms for efficient waste management.

Ostapenko Hall is connected to Caruthers Hall, which houses The Malek School of Nursing and Lola’s Cafe. Residents can easily access these facilities, where they can enjoy delectable deli-style food, coffee, and delicious smoothies.

Moreover, Ostapenko Hall offers three distinct Living Learning Communities (LLCs), providing residents with an environment dedicated to academic success, student support, and a sense of community based on shared interests. These LLCs foster a supportive and engaging atmosphere for residents to thrive academically and socially.
