Gerard Phelan Hall

Gerard Phelan Hall, a residence hall providing accommodations for 200 students, offers a unique feature as the home of Saints 24, Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, and Marymount’s checkout-free convenience vending shop. The hall is designed with separate floors for male and female residents, ensuring comfort and privacy.

Strategically situated in close proximity to the Main Dining Room, Student Engagement offices and Campus Ministry, Gerard Phelan Hall offers convenient access to essential campus facilities.

Each room in Gerard Hall is designed to house two residents and is furnished with essential amenities. These include two standard twin-size beds, two study desks and chairs, a closet, internet and data port connections, an air conditioning unit, and windows that provide scenic views of the surrounding natural beauty.

Additionally, each floor features a common bathroom for residents’ convenience. Moreover, residents can enjoy a lounge area on each floor, complete with a kitchen. This allows them to easily prepare their favorite meals or enjoy a late-night study session with the convenience of on-site facilities.
