Gerard Phelan Hall accommodates up to 200 students and features a range of unique amenities, including Saints 24, Amazon’s Just Walk Out technology, and Marymount’s checkout-free convenience vending shop. Gerard Phelan Hall offers a mix of male and female floors, each with its own common bathroom and lounge, which includes a kitchen for resident use. Close to the Main Dining Room, Student Engagement offices, and Campus Ministry, this hall provides easy access to essential campus resources.
