New Student Packet

All incoming students are required to submit health history and immunization information before starting classes at Marymount University. This ensures we have the necessary information to support your health and well-being on campus.

Required health history and immunization information must be submitted through the Medicat portal. Students must register within the portal when logging in for the first time. Your Marymount student ID number and email will be required when registering.

Students starting classes during the Fall 2026 term are required to submit this information in Medicat before 8/1/26.
