Fall & Spring 2023-2024 Housing Rates
The Housing License Agreement (HLA) is a legally binding contract that applies to the entire academic year, which includes the fall and spring semesters. If the agreement is entered into after the academic year has begun, it remains valid for the remainder of the academic year. By signing this agreement, students commit to paying the University for the license to occupy residential spaces owned, operated, or leased by the University.
Billing for the housing license occurs at the start of the fall semester, with students being invoiced for half of the total contracted amount. The remaining balance is charged at the beginning of the spring semester. It’s important to note that the total room cost should also include the cost of meals (board), as all undergraduate students living on campus are required to purchase a meal plan.
