Chef Greg Bibb, CEC
Originally from Washington, D.C., Chef Greg was trained at the International Culinary Schools of the Art Institute of Washington, where he won the Titanium Chef award, considered the Iron Chef prize of culinary school. A Certified Executive Chef through the Culinary Federation, he has cooked for the Marriott & Westin Hotels and restaurants including Legal Seafood, Chart House and The Park at 14th in Washington, D.C. He has also prepared meals for The New York Mets organization. Greg has been Executive Chef at several universities, including University of Maryland, University of Tampa, and Lynn University in Boca Raton, Fla.
Chef Susana Zapata,
Born and raised in Arlington, VA, Chef Susana attended the Art Institute of Washington, DC., where she received a Baking and Pastry degree. Susana loves and is amazed with the science behind baking and enjoys trying creative new baking techniques.
