Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP offers help with family problems, marital concerns, financial and legal matters, stress, depression, and other issues affecting your personal or work life. No problem is too big or too small. Financial Wellness

Retirement

CAPTRUST serves as a resource providing financial wellness, savings, and investment advice. You may call CAPTRUST at 1-800-967-9948 to speak to a counselor, who will assist you with your investment questions and other financial inquiries you may have. CAPTRUST also provides a Retirement Blueprint financial plan to assist with your long-term financial needs. Counselors are available Monday to Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET, or you can make an appointment online via www.captrustadvice.com.

Medicare Resources

SmartConnect is a service offered to all employees at no-cost.  Whether you are a Medicare-eligible employee still working, or an employee considering transitioning to retirement, or you have friends or family members with Medicare questions, SmartConnect will guide you and ensure you understand the details that impact enrollment, costs, and coverage. CareFirst Behavioral Health Digital Resource 

Provides the mental health support employees may need along with a global behavioral health company. It is designed to provide a safe environment for employees to seek the confidential care they need to feel like themselves again.

Employees using the Behavioral Health Digital Resource will be able to:

  • Talk with someone who understands
  • Learn new coping skills
  • Join a support forum
  • Connect with licensed professionals

The Crisis Text Line 

The Crisis Text Line is a free, 24/7 texting service that provides support to people in crisis. If you are feeling overwhelmed or need someone to talk to, you can text HOME to 741741 to connect with a trained crisis counselor.
