Brianna Clark-Williams, Ph.D.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Brianna Clark-Williams (also known as Dr. Bri) is the Director of the Center for Career Development and Community Engagement at Marymount University. She holds degrees in Family and Consumer Sciences, Counseling, Educational Leadership and Policy from Virginia State University (B.S.), Old Dominion University (M.S.Ed.), and Howard University (Ph.D.). Dr. Bri is dedicated to enhancing career readiness and fostering holistic development for students and alumni through innovative educational strategies and experiential learning opportunities.

Since stepping into the role in September 2023, Dr. Bri has made significant strides in advancing the CCD. She oversees all operations of the Career Center, including strategic leadership, resource development, and budget management. Additionally, Dr. Bri acts as the spokesperson and advocate for the Center’s mission, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and has implemented new technologies such as Interstride to enhance service delivery and management.


Under her leadership, Dr. Bri has expanded the CCD team by welcoming two new roles: Employer Relations Coordinator and Co-Curricular Programs Coordinator. She established the three pillars of the Career Development Center: Educate, Empower, Advocate, and has led significant initiatives, including the rebranding of the center, developing a partnership with the NOVA Hispanic American Chamber of Commerce for the National Diversity Career Expo, and organizing the first-ever Career and Community Engagement Week at Marymount University. Her efforts have resulted in a 30% increase in individual appointments, enhancing office visibility and engagement.

Morganne Harrison, M.S.

Meet Our Team

Morganne Harrison plays a pivotal role in directing community engagement and experiential learning efforts at the Center for Career Development and Community Engagement. She expertly manages the mandatory internship process for students, coordinating appointments, fostering campus partnerships, and overseeing offsite professional development. Her initiatives significantly enhance our procedures, positioning Marymount as a leader in Virginia’s work-based experience initiatives.

Morganne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a Master’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, and Event Management from The George Washington University (GW). She is passionate about the positive change that occurs when people gather to celebrate what they care about most. With her exceptional ability to cultivate connections and bring details to life, she is dedicated to building genuine relationships and creating memorable experiences.Morganne’s goal is to continue creating one-of-a-kind moments that leave people feeling excited and inspired.

Employer Relations Coordinator

Mary Harvey

Meet Our Team

Mary Harvey plays a crucial role at Marymount University by establishing partnerships with organizations to secure reliable internship and career opportunities for students and alumni. She organizes various employer engagement events, including networking sessions, panels, information sessions, and career fairs. By understanding current hiring practices, Mary educates students on professional development through targeted workshops and individual appointments.

Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Language with minors in both Psychology and Travel & Tourism from Clemson University. She is currently pursuing her Master of Arts degree in Forensic and Legal Psychology at Marymount University, where she learns from leading experts and applies theory to practice. Her academic focus includes Child and Female Victims, with courses such as “Child Victimization,” “Juvenile Justice,” and “Crisis Intervention.” Her research revolves around honor crimes and trafficking victims.
