Chief Strategy Officer for Marymount University
Glenn Davidson
Glenn is a ‘human capitalist” whose expertise includes the acquisition, enablement, development, and management of organizational talent. He is best known for his ability to transform organizations – from the inside, as an executive, or the outside, as a consultant – via organizational redesign, business process re-engineering, technology deployments, and alternative service delivery models.
Presently, Glenn is a senior executive with Arlington, Virginia-based Marymount University. He is the Executive Director of its Center for Career Development and Community Engagement and Executive in Residence at its College of Business, Innovation, Leadership, and Technology. As such, he is charged with integrating Marymount into the regional business community and helping students acquire the knowledge, experiences, and skills they need to secure jobs with career potential and family-sustaining incomes.
Glenn joined Marymount University, after retiring from careers in government and professional services. Most recently, he led Deloitte’s human capital practice across state and local governments and higher education institutions. He also led the firm’s workforce development practice.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Glenn served as a Presidential Executive Fellow and Executive Director of Enterprise Services for the US Department of Commerce where he was responsible for planning, designing, building and running the first cabinet department-level, multi-function, shared services operations in the Federal Government.
Earlier in his career, Glenn led Accenture Federal Services’ business process outsourcing practice and KPMG’s public sector-focused shared services and outsourcing practice. He also served as Legislative Director to Ohio Congressman Ronald M. Mottl in the 1980s and Chief of Staff to Virginia Governor L. Douglas Wilder in the 1990s.
Glenn earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from American University and a Master’s Degree in Science, Technology and Public Policy from George Washington University.
Glenn presently serves on the Boards of Jefferson Solutions Group, the Northern Virginia Science Center Foundation, the Shared Services Leadership Coalition, and the Advisory Board of Marymount University’s College of Business, Innovation, Leadership and Technology.
Employer Relations Coordinator
Mary Margaret Harvey
With experience spanning higher education, community engagement, and justice work within prison systems, Mary Margaret Harvey brings a multidisciplinary perspective to her work that centers equity, access, and impact.
Mary Margaret currently serves as the Employer Relations Coordinator in the Center for Career Development and Community Engagement at Marymount University. In this role, she establishes partnerships with organizations to secure reliable internship and career opportunities for students and alumni, and she organizes employer engagement events, including networking sessions, panels, information sessions, and career fairs. She also educates students on current hiring practices through professional development workshops, courses, and individual advising appointments, and has led initiatives such as the 2024 National Diversity Career Expo and Summit.
Mary Margaret holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language from Clemson University, with minors in Psychology and Travel and Tourism, and a Master of Arts in Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University.

Director of Experiential Learning
Becca Banzuelo

Becca focuses on strengthening the connection between classroom learning and real-world application by establishing structured career milestones, coordinating innovative work-based learning initiatives, and ensuring consistency and quality across experiential programs. She also leverages data and assessment tools, including Handshake, to track outcomes, inform strategic decision-making, and continuously improve student and employer engagement.
Committed to equity and access, Becca works to remove barriers to participation and expand meaningful experiential learning opportunities for all students. She supports Marymount’s mission to prepare graduates who are career-ready, adaptable, and equipped to thrive in an evolving workforce.
Becca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Columbia College Chicago, a Master of Arts degree in Communication and Leadership Studies with a concentration in College Teaching from Gonzaga University, and is pursuing her Doctorate in Business Administration from Marymount University.
