Intern Housing Spaces
To accommodate a variety of preferences and budgets, Ostapenko Hall offers three room types for summer interns. Availability is based on summer demand, so please select both a first and second choice when applying.
ROOM TYPES
Please note that while some units are listed as 4-person or 5-person apartments, these configurations vary slightly between academic year and summer layouts for interns.
OSTAPENKO SINGLE
Located within our 3-person apartment layout, the Ostapenko Single offers a private bedroom at the center of the apartment.
Note: A limited number of these spaces are available for interns.
OSTAPENKO EXTENDED SINGLE
The Ostapenko Extended Single is our most popular option, featuring a private bedroom in both the 2-person and 3-person apartment layouts.
OSTAPENKO REGULAR DOUBLE (QUAD)
For interns seeking a shared space, the Ostapenko Regular Double (Quad) mirrors the configuration of the academic year. This 4-person apartment layout accommodates four students, with two students sharing each bedroom on opposite sides of the apartment.
When completing your application, please rank these room types to ensure the best fit based on availability and your preferences.
Apartment Amenities
Each apartment does include some important amenities to be aware of!
- Fully furnished (living room and bedroom furniture; linens not included)
- Two bathrooms, living room and dining area.
- Kitchen equipped with full-size refrigerator, sink, microwave, four-burner
cooktop (dishes and cookware are not provided)
