Marymount offers different housing opportunities for students. From traditional double occupancy rooms to suites and apartments, students can find the right fit.

Rixey
An off-campus experience in downtown Ballston. Marymount University welcomes to not only graduate students, but also to upperclass undergraduates, faculty & staff, married students, and students with dependent children.
Ostapenko Hall
Ostapenko provides apartment style living with units ranging from one to three bedrooms able to accommodate two to five residents in double and single bedrooms. Each apartment unit includes one or more bathroom(s), a open-concept kitchen, and large living room space. Students may select any meal plan including one offered exclusively to residents of Ostapenko.
Butler Hall
Butler and St. Joseph are comprised of suite-style rooms with semi-private bathrooms. There are single and double occupancy housing options available. A floor lounge is available with a television, a kitchen, and a study area.
Living Learning Communities
Marymount currently offers 4 different living learning communities(LLC) in (3) Ostapenko Hall. Each LLC provides its residents with an atmosphere dedicated to academic success, student support and a community build around shared interests.
Single Rooms
Available in Ostapenko, Butler. These rooms are selected on a first come, first serve basis.
