Design and Art Minors

Students can focus on one or more of the following Design and Art specialized areas:

Ceramics
This minor is for students interested in developing skills in both hand building and wheel ceramics. See ceramics minor for more details.

Fashion Design
This minor is designed for students who wish to work in the fashion design industry. Applied arts courses are open only to declared majors and minors in the fashion design or fashion merchandising program. See fashion design minor for more details.

Illustration

UX/UI Web Design
This minor prepares students to enter careers that required a knowledge of UX/UI design principles as well as core IT skills.  Students will learn how to develop effective user experiences and appealing branded intuitive user interface designs for mobile and web applications.
