Mr. Ferris is a highly accomplished leader in investigations and security operations with more than 20 years of experience with the FBI (SSA, Ret.) – with numerous commendations and awards for exceptional program management, policy governance, and investigative leadership.  He is an insider threat subject matter expert and has provided training and guidance to numerous Department of Defense, Intelligence Community and Executive Branch agencies on the creation and operation of insider threat programs.
