Request for University Support Form

Once a sponsored project solicitation is identified, the next step is to complete the Request for University Support to Pursue External Funding form (updated 9/9/25).

This form must be signed by the School Director, School Dean, and the OSP Director, which commits the University to the development of a proposal application.
