The Marymount University Women’s Basketball team has been selected to play in the NCAA Division III Tournament, and will host the first two rounds on its home court.
Marymount will welcome Gettysburg College, Montclair State University and George Fox University for the first round of play on Friday, March 6. Winners will advance to the second round on Saturday, March 7.
The Saints are coming off their second-straight Atlantic East Conference championship, and hold a 23-4 record. They are also heading into the tournament with a 12-game winning streak, not having lost a game since the middle of January.
Marymount will face off against Gettysburg in the first round on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the Converse Family Fieldhouse. If Marymount wins, they will play the winner of the Montclair State/George Fox matchup at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
