Four new members appointed to Marymount’s Board of Trustees

Marymount University has appointed four distinguished leaders to its Board of Trustees—Gregg Ficery, Ashley K. Lunkenheimer, Markus Weiss and Leslie Wolfson. They join a governing body that provides strategic oversight and guidance for the University’s continued growth and mission-driven impact. 

“Marymount benefits immensely from leaders who bring professional excellence and a deep commitment to service,” said Dr. Irma Becerra, President of Marymount University. “Gregg, Ashley, Markus and Leslie each bring unique perspectives, and their insights and leadership will help strengthen our work to prepare students for meaningful careers and lives of purpose.” 

The four new members of the Board of Trustees represent a wide range of expertise spanning business, law, biotechnology and media. Their collective experience reflects Marymount’s continued commitment to forward-thinking governance and strong connections with industry and community partners. 

Gregg Ficery is the founder and president of Integgra Valuation & Advisory Services. A distinguished business leader, he has over 25 years of business valuation consulting experience and has valued over 1,000 private companies. He also has over 10 years of industry experience in the technology, telecommunications and financial services sectors in finance, accounting and corporate development roles. Before founding Integgra in 2011, Ficery held director-level positions at SVB Analytics, a subsidiary of Silicon Valley Bank, and Taylor Consulting Group, an Atlanta boutique valuation consulting firm. His prior experience also includes roles at DoveBid Valuation Services, Access Integrated Networks, Consumer Financial Network, MCI and Freddie Mac. He is an alumnus of Marymount and Georgetown University.  

Ashley K. Lunkenheimer is a distinguished attorney and public servant whose career spans federal prosecution, health care law and civic leadership. She serves as general counsel and chief compliance officer at Ennoble Care, prior to which she served as vice president and deputy general counsel at AmeriHealth Caritas. Previously, she dedicated nearly a decade as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she prosecuted a wide range of federal crimes. Lunkenheimer’s contributions led to her receiving the 2024 Female Champion of Change POWER Advocate Award. In addition to her legal career, Lunkenheimer serves as chair of the Delaware County Board of Elections and is a member of the Philly Sisters, a group dedicated to bringing women’s professional sports to Philadelphia. She is an alumna of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Columbia University and Amherst College.  

Markus Weiss is president and CFO of Miltenyi Biotec North America. He brings more than two decades of global leadership experience across biotechnology, technology, manufacturing and international development. Known for strategic clarity, operational rigor and people-centered leadership, he has led complex organizations and built high-performing teams in mission-driven environments. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Weiss is actively engaged in civic and educational initiatives and is committed to strengthening institutions that prepare the next generation of leaders.  

Leslie Wolfson holds over 30 years of experience in media, marketing, brand building and business development. She began her career with Ocean Drive Magazine in 1994, rising to publisher while overseeing the launch of multiple custom publications and licensing partnerships that expanded the brand’s reach across the Caribbean and Latin America. In 2007, she joined Modern Luxury Media, leading the launch of its Miami and Manhattan magazines. Five years later, she founded Connect the Dots, a consulting practice focused on business and brand development. Her work spans industries including media, technology, real estate, health, wellness and lifestyle. In 2025, she launched Access Connects, a global sourcing and strategic solutions firm connecting producers, brands, investors and governments with high-growth markets across the Persian Gulf, Middle East and North Africa. 

Marymount’s Board of Trustees is led by Chair Michael J. Hershman and Vice Chair Courtney Spaeth, who guide the Board’s work in supporting the University’s strategic priorities and long-term vision.
