Admission Requirements

Rolling Admissions

First-Year students who need a little more time can apply for Rolling Admissions. Applications will be reviewed as they become complete. The priority deadline for Early Action is November 1. The priority deadline for Regular Decision is March 1.

Decision Notification

Applicants will receive an admissions decision on a rolling basis, generally four to six weeks after Marymount receives a completed application.

Requirements for First-Year Applicants:

  • Application (Please select only one: Common App OR MU App)
  • Official High School Transcripts
  • Optional: Letter of Recommendation
  • Optional: Personal Statement

New: Marymount University is now a Test-Blind institution. This means we do not consider test scores as part of the admissions process for domestic students.*

*International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency by submitting TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo English exam scores. Some Scholars Programs may require test scores as part of their application requirements.
