Summer Research Fellowship Program
Each summer, Marymount University’s DISCOVER Research Program awards student research fellowships to 15-18 Marymount students. These fellowships, available to both undergraduate and graduate Marymount students, provide a financial stipend for students who work one-on-one with a faculty mentor on the faculty mentor’s research project. Students are selected for this award through a competitive process.
Both in-person and remote student participation options are available based on the needs of the individual projects. The fellowship promises to be a very positive learning experience and an exceptional opportunity for professional growth and mentorship.
The Fellowship runs from May 16, 2022, through June 24, 2022. In addition to the research activities, Fellows participate in weekly community building, educational, and information sharing sessions created specifically for the Fellows program. Students are expected to dedicate 12-15 hours weekly to the Fellowship during the 6-week fellowship program.
Student applications are now open and will remain open through April 1, 2022. Click here to apply.
