We have a FREE virtual Matter of Balance workshop that will begin on September 20th, during Falls Prevention Awareness week! This is open to all older adults in our region. It will run for 9 weeks on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. Space is limited!

The Matter of Balance program will run from Tuesday, September 20 to Tuesday, November 15 from 10 am to 12 pm.
