Co-Curricular Council

Co-Curricular Council includes a representative from each student organization and represents the extracurricular interests of the student body. Members of the Co-Curricular Council also help plan major campus events such as Club Fair, SaintsFest and participate in events such as HalloweenFest.

Fashion Club

The Fashion Club is one of the largest clubs on campus and actively promotes the professional development of students interested in the fashion industry through participation in fashion shows, speakers, and an annual trip to New York to visit a designer showroom. In addition, members have the opportunity to help dress models at local fashion shows and even assist in Marymount’s renowned fashion show, Portfolio in Motion.

The International Club promotes cross-cultural understanding by planning social, cultural, and educational activities. Latino Student Association

The Latino Student Association familiarizes the campus community with the Latino culture through special programs, engages in service projects with the DC metropolitan Latino community, and strengthens ties between Latino students and Marymount University. Some activities include dances, galas, and topic-based discussions.

Marymount Actors Guild performs everything from professional main stage productions to improvisation shows. The club and its members are involved in every aspect of production from lights, sound, and set construction to directing and publicity.

Marymount University’s Dance Marathon, called maryTHON, is a fundraising event that is part of a nationwide movement to get students to support Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Our event benefits local kids at Children’s National Health System in Washington, D.C. We strive to make miracles happen for the kids today, tomorrow, and forever!
