MUEngage for Staff and Faculty

MUEngage is an online community designed to keep Marymount students connected with events, organizations, and services on campus. It serves as a virtual student union that provides an environment for students to interact both with each other and with campus resources that are available to them. Although MUEngage is specifically designed to foster student-to-student collaboration and communication, every member of our university can view the content created by student services offices, student organizations, and academic schools.

All service opportunities are also housed and managed using MUEngage.  Learn more about submitting service opportunities.

Usage Purpose for Faculty/Staff

MUEngage is used by faculty and staff to publicize MU-sponsored events and opportunities of interest to the entire student body. Examples include:

  • service opportunities
  • extra-curricular events
  • academic programming
  • social or special interest events
  • professional development opportunities for students

MUEngage should NOT be used for:

  • faculty/staff news
  • classroom assignments or homework
  • promoting events sponsored by outside organizations (unless there is a clear MU partnership)
  • promoting content with an external audience
