Chad Palmatier is the Director of Interior Design for Studio Steinbomer. He is also the co-founder and Chief brand Officer at Lick Honest Ice Creams, an ice cream shop based in Austin, Texas. Chad received his bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Marymount in 1997. He then began a career in interior design, working with fashion brands such as Kenneth Cole, H-E-B, and Victoria’s Secret. 

In 2011, Chad founded Lick Honest Ice Creams with his business partner and fiance, Anthony. Based in Austin, Texas, Lick Honest Ice Creams is dedicated to creating preservative free, artisanal ice creams using locally sourced milk and cream. Since its founding in 2011, the business has grown to support over 20 employees and open a second “Scoop Shop” location in San Antonio, Texas. 

Ever the interior designer, Chad was also featured in Austin Monthly for the design of the home he shares with Anthony.
