Jacki Garry (’17) is Chief of Staff to Delegate Karrie Delaney in the Virginia House of Delegates. Jacki has extensive background in policy and organizing, with a particular focus on healthcare affordability, education, and trafficking and sexual assault survivor support policy. She is inspired by service to others, and that drive has assisted Delegate Delaney in passing 29 bills into law in four years and brought tangible policy results back to Northern Virginia from Richmond. She graduated from Marymount University in 2017 and has since made Northern Virginia her home and is dedicated to making sure it is the best place to call home in the United States. In her spare time, Jacki enjoys travel, cooking, and learning new languages.

College of Business, Innovation, Leadership and Technology alumnus Suresh Nair will speak about emerging technologies like AI and Quantum

Suresh Nair (’09) is an accomplished technology leader and entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in IT solutions, program management, and emerging technology strategy. As the President & CEO of Ina Solutions Inc., he has been at
the forefront of driving innovation in digital transformation, quantum computing,
and AI-driven solutions.
With a Master’s in Information Technology Management and a Bachelor’s in
Mechanical Engineering, Suresh brings a unique blend of technical expertise and
business acumen. His leadership extends beyond Ina Solutions, as he serves on the
External Advisory Board for the Monark Quantum Foundry (NSF funded) and as a
Board Member of the National Quantum Literacy Network (NSF Funded),
contributing to workforce development in quantum technologies.
Suresh led his team to win a prestigious National Science Foundation (NSF) award
in Quantum Machine Learning, further solidifying his role as a pioneer in
advancing quantum applications. His recent research, Quantum Readiness in
Healthcare and Public Health: Building a Quantum Literate Workforce,
underscores his commitment to preparing industries for the quantum era.
