Handshake for Alumni
About Handshake
Marymount alumni have access to Handshake, Marymount’s main career, and job recruiting platform. On Handshake, alumni can:
- Apply for full-time and part-time jobs specifically posted for Marymount students and alumni
- Schedule 1:1 advising appointments with Marymount Center for Career Development
- Receive alerts when new positions that match your preferences are posted
- Connect with employers
- Register for events
Getting Started On Handshake
- If you do not have your Marymount portal login credentials:
- Please follow these instructions here to sign up for an alumni email account
- Use your Marymount email address to create your alumni Handshake profile
- Start applying to jobs, book an advising appointment, or sign up for events and/or career fairs
- If you still have access to your Marymount portal login credentials:
- Log in to your Marymount Portal and click Handshake under Sign-On Links
- Activate your account and update job preferences
- Complete your profile by uploading your headshot photo, adding your experiences, extracurricular activities, and skills
- Start applying to jobs, book an advising appointment, or sign up for events and/or career fairs
