Racial health equity” is growing exponentially as a concept in the academic literature and was listed as a priority of the United States government, yet we lack consistent explanations for what this term means. We organized a workshop to discuss terminologies on racial health equity, as part of a project funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Cochrane International, and the Marymount Center for Optimal Aging.
