The Center for Optimal Aging participated in the National Senior Health and Fitness Day! We provided grip strength, body mass index tests, and also an Oral health questionnaire. We were able to engage with a number of our community and provide advice and encouragement on staying healthy. In addition to the center, the event was sponsored by Arlington Neighborhood Village, Virginia Hospital Center, and Arlington 55+ Programs.
