VA Enrollment Certification Forms
* All students wishing to use Veteran or military benefits must complete Marymount University’s Enrollment Form for each semester in which they plan to use benefits.
In addition, students must complete Marymount University’s Statement of Understanding before using VA education benefits. The Statement of Understanding only needs to be completed once, prior to your first semester using benefits.
Complete an enrollment form for the semester that you wish to be certified. You MUST complete the form for any given semester before our office can certify your enrollment to the VA. You must complete the form AFTER registering for your courses, not before.

If you make any changes to your schedule after the submissions of the form(s), please notify the School Certifying Official (SCO) in the Military and Veteran Services Office. If you do not, issues may arise. Please inquire to learn more about what changes need to be conveyed to the SCO.
