Biography

Joe Eulberg is an award winning human resource executive, with over 30 years of experience as a Chief Human Resource Officer/senior human resource executive in organizations such as Bob Evans Farms, 7-Eleven and Motel 6. He has been recognized as a transformational leader and change agent. He has been a key member of teams conducting organizational restructures, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives, and has led  human resources functions in organizations as large as 70,000+ employees. He currently serves as a faculty member for the School of Business and Technology at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia

Joe’s key areas of focus have included building strong people practices, including hiring, training, diversity and leadership.. He has also led projects outside of HR, such as ERP’s and the development/construction of the Bob Evans Farms headquarters.
