John F. Rowles is an award winning composer and author. He is the Founder of J4 Music and Composition, LLC, which offers services such as original music composition, voice overs, editing, writing (including ghostwriting), and proofreading. His book Manku is a parody take on the ancient form of haiku with a humorous twist. Manku takes on the description of a man’s various stages of life: marriage, kids, work, aging and much more. 

John Graduated from the University of Mobile with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Marymount University.
