Marymount University will recognize alumni, faculty, community members and organizations for their achievements and service to others through the second-annual Halo Awards. Recipients will be celebrated at the Halo Awards dinner on Thursday, February 23, 2023.
The call for nominations is currently open, with a deadline of Friday, July 15 to submit names for award consideration. The University asks community members to complete this nomination form to recognize extraordinary difference makers for their accomplishments and service.

Distinguished Alumni Award – College of Business, Innovation, Leadership and Technology
Honors an alumni member from the College of Business, Innovation, Leadership and Technology who demonstrates significant accomplishments in their professional life as well as distinguished service to their community, state or nation.
Distinguished Alumni Award – College of Health and Education
Honors an alumni member from the College of Health and Education who demonstrates significant accomplishments in their professional life as well as distinguished service to their community, state or nation.
Distinguished Alumni Award – College of Sciences and Humanities
Honors an alumni member from the College of Sciences and Humanities who demonstrates significant accomplishments in their professional life as well as distinguished service to their community, state or nation.
Distinguished Faculty Award (Faculty Member of the Year)
Honors a faculty member who demonstrates a combination of excellence in teaching, research and service. The nominee enhances and advances the University through innovation and leadership, and champions student success.
Saint of Service Award (Outstanding Community Member)
Honors an outstanding community member, alumni member or organization who has displayed exemplary service to Marymount University or the Catholic community as a whole. They epitomize what it means to be a Marymount Saint.
