Marymount University’s Center for Career Development (CCD) provides resources to educate students and alumni about networking, career development, and job searches.
One of the many CCD resources is job referrals and other opportunities. Marymount University expects those prospective employers working with the Center for Career Development to act ethically, but is not able to research the integrity of each organization or individual that lists an opportunity with us. Therefore, students and alumni should do research, ask good questions, and use common sense when applying for any job or internships identified on the Handshake system or any other job posting entity at Marymount University. Marymount University is not, and cannot, be responsible for safety, wages, working conditions, and/or any other aspects of off-campus employment and opportunities. We also encourage students to refer to the Department of Labor and the National Association of Colleges and Employers for employment standards.
Marymount University and the Center for Career Development websites contain links to third-party websites. We provide these links as resources to students and alumni. The reliability of the information available through these links depends on the policies and practices of the third-party employers operating those websites.
