Community Service Opportunities

Service is at the heart of Marymount’s mission and we are pleased to offer resources to assist students in their search for volunteer opportunities. The CCDCE maintains partnerships with a variety of volunteer organizations in the region and can help place students in service related jobs/industries.

Find Service Opportunities

MUEngage

One of the best ways for students to find out about service opportunities happening on-campus or in collaboration with clubs/organizations is through MUEngage.

MUEngage is a digital platform designed to connect students to events, opportunities, and resources on campus. MUEngage also houses all service opportunities at Marymount University, facilitated by our student organizations, campus offices, academic schools, faculty and staff.

  • Log in using your Marymount credentials to activate your account.
  • Find service opportunities by clicking on the Events tab and filtering by “Theme: Service.”
  • RSVP for the event or email the contact provided to secure your spot.

Service-Learning Courses

Many of the courses offered at Marymount include service-learning opportunities. Service-learning refers to learning that actively involves students in a wide range of experiences, which often benefit others and the community, while also advancing the goals of a given curriculum. Community-based service activities are paired with structured preparation and student reflection.
