Information Technology Support Services provides technical assistance to all students, faculty, and staff for computer hardware and software issues of all kinds.

Support Hours

Walk-in hours: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Friday
Telephone support hours: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Friday

For any inquiries that cannot be resolved over the telephone, a work order will be assigned to a Computer Support Specialist. Many work orders can be completed within one hour; most within two business days.

IT Support Services is located on the G1 Level of Rowley Hall in suite G105.
