Sodexo, Marymount’s food provider, is committed to sustainability practices.
Marymount dining facilities offer fair-trade coffee, and Sodexo purchases food locally whenever possible. In fact, Lola’s Café in Caruthers Hall, features locally grown, organic produce. Reusable food and drink containers are available for take-out. And, the Gerard Dining Hall went trayless in 2010 to reduce water usage. Sodexo is working with MU to incorporate more sustainability initiatives.
