Who is eligible to live at Placemakr Marymount Ballston?

Be a current or admitted student at Virginia Tech University
Maintain good academic and financial standing with the university
International students must provide similar documentation as required for their I-20.
Be able to pass a background check, if applicable

How to apply?

Apply Online: Submit the inquiry form and a member of our team will respond with information and an application form
Deposit Requirement: A $500 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is fully refundable at the end of your lease if you adhere to the terms and conditions of your agreement.
First-Come, First-Served: Spaces at PMB are limited and highly sought after. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to apply and submit your deposit as soon as possible!
