IT Support Services (ITSS) is a resource available to all students, faculty, and staff providing technical support for computing issues at Marymount University.
The goal of IT Support Services is to respond in a timely manner to all hardware and software-related situations.
(Hours may change during breaks, school closures, or summer sessions)
Walk-in hours: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Monday – Friday
Phone support hours: 7:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday – Friday
ITS follows the University schedule for school closings.
How to Contact IT Support Services
For any inquiries that cannot be resolved over the telephone, a work order will be assigned to a Computer Support Specialist. Most work orders can be completed within one hour to two business days.
The IT Support Office is located on the G1 Level of Rowley Hall in suite G105.
