With expertise in microeconomic theory, public sector economics, and environmental economics, Dr. Louise Marshall has been part of Marymount’s faculty since 1976. She has made presentations at annual conferences of the Eastern Economic Association, Southern Economic Association, and International Atlantic Economic Society. Her article on fiscal illusion and the windfalls from the 1986 tax reform act was published in the American Economic Review.

Dr. Marshall also serves as a faculty advisor to Marymount’s chapters of Delta Mu Delta, the national honor society in business administration, and Omicron Delta Epsilon, the international honor society in economics.
