The First-Professional M.A. in Interior Design is for those with a baccalaureate degree not in interior design or architecture. This program is perfect for creative individuals who are unsatisfied with their current career or career prospects. Upon completion of this program, graduates are equipped to go straight into the interior design workforce with the software skills and problem-solving techniques needed to succeed in a variety of practice areas.

This program is perfect for creative individuals who would like to expand their knowledge in areas related to evidence-based design research, design education, professional practice, digital technology, intrapreneurship, or business leadership. Upon completion of this program, graduates are equipped to go straight into the interior design workforce with the software skills and problem-solving techniques needed to succeed in a variety of practice areas.

The career outlook for interior design professionals is bright. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the median salary for interior designers in May 2019 was $56,040. The highest 10 percent earned more than $96,470.
