\nAdam Kovach has taught philosophy and humanities courses at Marymount since 2004. A philosopher with broad interests, he has published articles on theories of truth, the nature of emotions, and the ethics of belief. He has received a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities for research in metaphysics and the philosophy of mind and has served as president of the Virginia Philosophical Association.<\/p>\n
