Teaching Area<\/b><\/p>\n Research Interests<\/b><\/p>\n With expertise in marketing and related topics including research, global marketing, and consumer behavior, Dr. Soumya Sivakumar has been a member of Marymount\u2019s faculty since 2008. Her teaching portfolio at Marymount includes Principles of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Research, and Global Marketing. Dr. Sivakumar has made presentations at annual conferences of the American Marketing Association on such topics as \u201cConsumer responses to satisfaction and dissatisfaction\u201d and \u201cProblem Customers.\u201d<\/p>\n Dr. Sivakumar\u2019s research interests include consumer post-purchase responses to satisfaction and dissatisfaction, service recovery, green marketing, customer relationship management, and services marketing.
