Syracuse University<br \/>\nMFA in Fiction The City College of New York<\/p>\n<p><b>Biography<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Caroline Bock is the author of the young adult novels <em>LIE<\/em> and <em>Before My Eyes<\/em> (St. Martin\u2019s Press)<br \/>\nand the short story collection\u00a0<em>Carry Her Home<\/em>, which won the 2018 Fiction Award from the<br \/>\nWashington Writers\u2019 Publishing House. Her work has been optioned for film and television. She<br \/>\nis the recipient of a 2018 Artists and Scholars grant from the Montgomery County Arts &#038;<br \/>\nHumanities Council for her novel-in-progress. She will be the fiction editor of the new<br \/>\nanthology, <em>This Is What America Looks Like<\/em>, from the Washington Writers\u2019 Publishing House,<br \/>\nwhich is scheduled for publication in early 2021. In addition, Ms. Bock spent twenty years as a<br \/>\ncable executive, including as the senior vice president of marketing and public relations at<br \/>\nBravo, IFC and IFC Films.
