Biography<\/b><\/p>\n
Dr. Hall has just joined the faculty at\u00a0 Marymount University this fall. Before joining Marymount, He was on the faculty at the United States Military Academy at West Point, in the Department of Mathematical Sciences. He was most recently the Director of the Army Cyber Institute, the Army\u2019s Think Tank for the cyber domain, where he directed and oversaw research, leadership development, and partnership efforts in the cyber domain.\u00a0 He serves as the chair of the editorial board for the Cyber Defense Review journal and most recently has focused on research in cybersecurity education.\u00a0 He is active in the Military and Security Applications Society of INFORMS, having served as the society\u2019s president.<\/p>\n
A retired Army Colonel, Dr. Hall has served as an infantry officer, an operations research and systems analyst, a cyber officer, and an academy professor.\u00a0 He has served in the infantry and artillery units as well as multiple assignments in the pentagon, serving on both the Army Staff and the Joint Staff.<\/p>\n
