Dr. Courtneay (Corrie) Kelly earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum & Instruction and her M.Ed. in Reading Education at the University of Virginia. She has been a professor of education since 2015, developing and instructing courses in literacy education, elementary education, and classroom management\/trauma-sensitive instruction. Her current areas of research are focused on the Science of Reading as well as trauma-centered teaching and classroom management. She is the proud mother of a daughter, Beth, and a son, Jack, and she also enjoys being a “new puppy mom.”<\/p>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div>","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"menu_order":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","ngg_post_thumbnail":0},"staff-member-category":[355],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"\n
