One of the most exciting things that happened during the conference is that freshman honors student Katie McShea, who presented her work from my honors 101 Food Ethics seminar, was rated one of the top three oral presentations (out of 64), and was the only freshman to receive any commendation! In addition to receiving a certificate, she won $200.\u00a0<\/p>\n
We are proud of all of our students and wanted to share this good news, in addition to a few photos, with rest of the MU community.\u00a0<\/p>\n
