Johnson added that smaller institutions like Marymount typically don\u0092t even attempt it.<\/div>\n<div>\n\u0093We\u0092re very excited to have the accreditation,\u0094 said <a href=\"https:\/\/marymount.edu\/Home\/Contact-Us\/Directory\/?profileid=297\">Catherine Brocker<\/a>, who has served as the Marymount Student Health Center\u0092s director for three years. \u0093This shows that we\u0092re dedicated to providing our students with the highest quality of health care and we\u0092re all very proud of that.\u0094<\/div>\n<div>\nThe designation came from the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Inc. (AAAHC), the recognized accrediting body for college student health centers nationally, and runs through early 2021. The process, which is voluntary, involved self-assessment and thorough review by AAAHC surveyors with extensive healthcare experience.<\/div>\n<div>\nBrocker said the accomplishment was the result of the health center staff\u0092s combined effort.<\/div>\n<div>\n\u0093We have a great team that is de\u00e5dicated to providing outstanding service,\u0094 Brocker added. \u0093We\u0092re excited to achieve this and will continue to look at how we can improve.
