corrective actions; analysis and interpretation of University policies, employment investigations; and conflict resolution.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<h5><b>Employee Relations Provides Guidance in the Following Areas:<\/b><\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performance Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conflict Management<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Performance Improvement Plans<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employee Investigations<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Employee Relations goal is to promote positive communications between employees, and employees and their managers;
