Employee Relations is available for consultation to managers and employees regarding employment issues, including performance management; corrective actions; analysis and interpretation of University policies, employment investigations; and conflict resolution. <\/span><\/p>\n Employee Relations goal is to promote positive communications between employees, and employees and their managers; address the root cause of workplace conflict and advise the campus on policies.
